Can you keep a secret?<\/p>\n

A Sew a Softie book is being published in 2021. I wouldn’t announce this so early but I’m on the look out for official Sew a Softie kid pattern testers. That is, kids who want to sew one of the softies from the book.<\/p>\n

All the softies aim at beginner sewers. No matter what age your child, they can give it a try. No sewing experience is needed. Mums with kids who have never sewn are welcome to join in.<\/p>\n

If you’re not sure how to sew with kids<\/a> or how to sew a running stitch<\/a> or any other stitch, head over to my YouTube channel<\/a>\u00a0for lots of tutorials to help you on your sewing way.<\/p>\n

Of course, you’ll need to keep the softie project secret until the book is published. I’ll also ask permission to publish a photo of your child and the softie on social media or in the book.<\/p>\n
