This was when I &#8220;met&#8221; Amie and we just seemed to get on really well together. So when she contacted me about joining a virtual book tour to review <em>Sewing School Quilts,<\/em>\u00a0her soon-to-be released book, I was more than happy to say YES. After loving her first two books, <em>Sewing School: 21 Sewing Projects Kids Will Love To Make <\/em>and<em> Sewing School 2: Lessons in Machine Sewing<\/em>, I was excited to see what Amie and her co-author Andria Lisle had in store for us. Amie and Andria have left no stone unturned in their efforts to make sure you understand everything from the anatomy of a quilt to the fabric and batting choices to the different ways to bind a quilt. And they&#8217;ve even added a quick informative history of quilts.\u00a0After you&#8217;ve learnt the basics, Amie and Andria have designed projects to help you develop your skills. \u00a0Can&#8217;t find the fabric design you want? No problem. They show you how to design your own. Looking to make a small project?
